There were days I felt lonely and neglected. I was very stressed with my life, what I am going to do and how to manage If... yeah the If's, it made me anxious.
I am glad that I am blogging, I can write my random thoughts. I am glad I found Happy Jar idea, thanks to Deeper Than Fashion. It made me appreciate small things in my life now. Thanks to my husband, who was willing to spend his time with me last weekend. And not to forget my friend who agreed for lunch date the moment I messaged her.
Now to the quotes...
I am trying to make my life beautiful everyday because I want happy moments to be in my Happy Jar.
See, good days give you HAPPINESS.
And last but not least, how to have a lovely day???
- Drink tea. I like tea, yummy!!!
- Wear something that makes you feel good. Good and comfortable.
- Say please and thank you. I say this all the time.
- Tell somebody you love them. I tell my husband I love you every time I end a conversation.
- Eat dessert first. I am watching my diet.
- Watch the sunrise or the sunset. Hmm, quite difficult with current shift.
- Wear perfume. Each time I smell good, I feel good.
- Smile (a lot!). I do this too.
- Read a book. I like reading books but I have not find any good reading material yet.
- Cook or bake for someone else. I can cook but bake, let me have a baking oven first.
- Wish others a lovely day. I wish my customers have a nice day everyday.
- Watch a good film. Weekends...
- Do all things with thought and care. I must practice this more.
- Think before talking. I must practice this more.
- Take 1/2 hours day to do something special for yourself. Facial, painting toe nails...
- Stop and really savour your meals. Stop messaging and playing with the phone while I am eating.
